We do our best to ship all orders the same or next business day, Monday through Friday, to ensure our customers receive their product ASAP. The cut off for shipping on Fridays is 12pm. If USPS is not open and running mail due to a national holiday or otherwise, deliveries will go out the next business day. We ship from Long Island, NY.

We have not changed the recipes at all from the original, but sometimes temperature changes in our warehouse or during shipping will cause a change in the consistency of the shea. It can happen even when shipped from our warehouse directly. Let it re-solidify in your freezer overnight, that should solve the issue.

That's why we make all of our grooming products in the USA using all-natural ingredients. 

Buying grooming products online can be difficult, you don't know if they will work and when choosing a fragrance, you have no clue if you will like the way the products smell. We know you're taking a risk when buying online and our promise is you will love our products, or we will issue a credit with no hassle's.

While our product will not increase the rate at which your facial hair grows, they do contain several all-natural ingredients that help condition and promote healthier growth, which means less breakage and split ends that will result in your facial hair appearing longer and fuller.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of the purchase date (We do not refund at this time). All returns must be sent back unused in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, you will receive a full store credit within 1-3 business days. Damaged items will receive a replacement, and if not in stock, a store credit will be issued. Please allow your store credit to take up to 72 hours to process once we receive your return. The store credit does not include original shipping costs paid.
